Made of C60 steel
C60 is a high-carbon steel containing about 0.60% carbon. This composition provides high hardness, excellent edge retention and a long-lasting sharp cutting edge. At the same time, C60 steel is relatively easy to resharpen, ensuring reliable performance over time. Please note: C60 is not stainless. Cleaning in a dishwasher (not recommended) may cause stains, which are harmless and do not affect cutting quality. For maximum durability, clean, dry and lightly oil the blade after use.
