    Metallo K-8010

    Germo-Knife, point tip, blue
    Disinfection/milk knife has a large, built-in, durable liquid reservoir to hold the disinfecting solution. Four sets of colored plugs are provided with each knife to control the amount of disinfectant that is released from the reservoir onto the cutting blade. The K-8010 has a high carbon steel, standard tip blade for the trained harvester. It has a V-cut cutting edge on one side only, to prevent damage while harvesting and to improve product quality and productivity.
