The products from the Westparts range are selected for quality and are manufactured exclusively from the highest quality materials and therefore guarantee reliability. Due to regular control and testing of the production lines of existing and new products, Westparts can assure you of a reliable product with a long lifespan. In addition, practically all products in the Westparts range, including spare parts and additional items, are always in stock.


Westparts is confident of the quality of its products and therefore guarantees that with a warranty up to 25 years. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and faults related to the product, and does not apply for wear and tear, and/or for incorrect use leading to for instance damage to or breakage of blades or knives. If your application is covered by the warranty, we will repair the product free of charge or exchange it for a new one. Should the product not be available anymore, you will receive a similar product in return.

Please note:

If you are insecure whether it comes to warranty, wear and tear, or incorrect use, the warranty claim can still be submitted through this website or by post (see above). If necessary, Westparts will contact you for further information. If it is a warranty issue, Westparts will handle the claim in accordance with the warranty conditions. If your claim is not covered by the warranty conditions, all costs of reparation and return-shipment will be your responsibility. However, this will only be done after your approval, in order to prevent any unwelcome surprises on your behalf.

Warranty request by post

If you choose to send your claim by post, please send the product, your purchase receipt, and a clear description of the problem to: Westparts, Att. Customer Service, PO Box 33, 1770 AA, Wieringerwerf. If the claim is incomplete, we will unfortunately have to reject it.

Warranty claim online

You can submit your claim online by filling in the boxes in the warranty form, together with one or several photos of the product, clearly showing the problem with the product. All boxes marked with a * are mandatory and if you fill in all boxes your claim can be processed quicker and possibly without the requirement of further information. Your personal information will be used in connection with your claim only and will not be provided to third parties.
